Aila can answer calls, capture new enquiries, provide supported updates and handle routine bookings or administration. Anything requiring professional judgement or advice is passed to a fee earner, adviser or appropriate team.
No. Aila handles enquiries, updates and bookings. Anything requiring legal or financial advice goes to the appropriate fee earner or adviser.
Where Aila is securely connected to the relevant supported system, she can provide the information she has been configured to share. She won’t disclose information outside the agreed verification and access rules.
Aila checks the caller against the details your firm already uses – such as a matter or account reference, security questions or a security phrase – before sharing anything specific. If she can’t verify the caller, she discloses nothing and offers a callback instead.
Vulnerable or distressed callers are handed straight to a person rather than left with Aila. Whoever picks up already has the context of the call, so the client doesn’t have to repeat themselves.
Aila doesn’t replace professional judgement. Anything requiring legal or financial advice, discretion or a decision is passed to the appropriate fee earner, adviser or team.
